International Payroll Lead

📋 Description

• Own and manage end-to-end payroll for NL, DE, UK, FR, AT
• Ensure compliance with local labor laws and tax rules
• Partner with external payroll providers and internal teams
• Serve as go-to payroll contact for employees, vendors, and teams
• Maintain and improve payroll systems, processes, and controls
• Prepare payroll reports and reconciliations for Accounting, Finance and HR

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years managing multi-country payroll across EU (NL, UK, DE, FR)
• Experience handling equity awards payroll across jurisdictions (taxation)
• Strong knowledge of European labor law and statutory requirements
• Proficient in international HRIS/payroll systems (Personio, UKG/Immedis, ADP, SAP)
• Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables and lookups
• Fluent written and spoken English
• Excellent customer service with a sense of urgency
