International Payroll Lead

📋 Description

• Own and manage end-to-end payroll for NL, DE, UK, FR, and Austria
• Ensure compliance with local labor laws, taxes, and governance
• Partner with providers and internal teams to streamline payroll
• Serve as the go-to contact for payroll questions
• Maintain and improve payroll systems, processes, and controls
• Prepare payroll reports and reconciliations for Accounting/Finance/HR

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years managing multi-country payroll across Europe (NL/UK/DE/FR a plus)
• Experience handling equity award payroll across jurisdictions (taxes, withholding)
• Strong knowledge of European labor law and statutory requirements
• Strong knowledge of US and Canadian payroll practices
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Experience managing relationships with external payroll providers
