International Payroll Lead

📋 Description

• Own end-to-end payroll for NL, DE, UK, FR, AT.
• Ensure compliance with local labor laws, tax regs, and governance.
• Partner with external payroll providers and internal stakeholders.
• Serve as the go-to payroll contact for employees, vendors, and teams.
• Maintain and improve payroll systems, processes, and controls.
• Prepare payroll reports and reconciliations for Accounting, Finance and HR.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years managing multi-country payroll across European jurisdictions.
• Experience with equity awards payroll across jurisdictions.
• Strong knowledge of European labor law and statutory requirements.
• US and Canadian payroll knowledge preferred.
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving.
• Experience managing external payroll providers.
