🎯 Requirements
- 4+ years in multi-country payroll across Europe (NL/UK/DE/FR preferred)
- Experience handling equity awards taxation and reporting
- Strong knowledge of European labor law and statutory requirements
- US/Canada payroll knowledge is a plus
- Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups)
- Fluent English; handles confidential data with discretion
