International Payroll Lead

📋 Description

• Own and manage end-to-end payroll for NL, DE, UK, FR, AT.
• Ensure compliance with local labor laws and tax regulations.
• Partner with providers and teams to streamline payroll operations.
• Serve as payroll contact for employees, vendors, and internal teams.
• Maintain and improve payroll systems, processes, controls.
• Prepare payroll reports and reconciliations for Accounting, Finance, and HR.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years multi-country payroll across European jurisdictions (NL/UK/DE/FR a plus).
• Experience handling equity awards payroll across multiple jurisdictions.
• Strong knowledge of European labor law and statutory requirements.
• Strong knowledge of US and Canadian labor law and payroll practices (preferred).
• Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving.
• Proficient in international HRIS and payroll systems (Personio, UKG/Immedis, ADP, SAP).
