Own end-to-end payroll ops for NL, DE, UK, FR, AT
Ensure compliance with labor laws, tax regs, governance
Partner with external payroll providers and internal stakeholders to streamline ops
Serve as the go-to payroll contact for employees and vendors
Maintain and improve payroll systems, processes, controls
Prepare payroll reports and reconciliations for Accounting/Finance

🎯 Requirements

4+ years in multi-country European payroll ops
NL/UK/DE/FR payroll experience is a plus
European labor law and statutory requirements knowledge
Proficient in HRIS/payroll systems (Personio, UKG/Immedis, ADP, SAP)
Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups)
Self-driven and autonomous
