International Payroll Lead

📋 Description

• Own and manage end-to-end payroll operations for NL, DE, UK, FR, AT.
• Ensure compliance with local labor laws, tax regs, and internal governance.
• Partner with external payroll providers and internal partners to streamline ops.
• Serve as the go-to contact for payroll questions from employees, vendors, and internal teams.
• Maintain and improve payroll-related systems, processes, and controls.
• Prepare payroll reports and reconciliations for Accounting, Finance, and HR.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years multi-country payroll experience across European jurisdictions (NL/UK/DE/FR a plus).
• Experience with payroll equity awards across jurisdictions (taxation, withholding, reporting).
• Strong knowledge of European labor law and statutory requirements.
• Proficient in international HRIS and payroll systems (e.g., Personio, UKG/Immedis, ADP, SAP).
• Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables and lookup functions.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
