International Payroll Lead

📋 Description

• Own end-to-end payroll for NL, DE, UK, FR, Austria.
• Ensure compliance with local labor laws, tax regs, governance.
• Partner with external payroll providers and internal teams.
• Serve as payroll contact for employees, vendors, internal teams.
• Maintain and improve payroll systems, processes, controls.
• Prepare payroll reports and month-end reconciliations.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years managing multi-country payroll in Europe.
• Equity awards payroll experience across jurisdictions (taxation, withholding).
• Strong knowledge of European labor law; US/Canada payroll preferred.
• Fluent English; strong attention to detail and problem-solving.
• HRIS/payroll systems: Personio, UKG/Immedis, ADP, SAP, etc.
• Self-driven and autonomous; strong internal/external service mindset.
