International Payroll Lead

📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end payroll ops for NL, DE, UK, FR, AT.
• Ensure compliance with local labor laws, tax regs, governance standards.
• Partner with external payroll providers and internal stakeholders to streamline ops.
• Serve as payroll contact for employees, vendors, internal teams.
• Maintain and improve payroll systems, processes, and controls.
• Prepare payroll reports and reconciliations for Accounting, Finance and HR.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years managing multi-country payroll across European jurisdictions (NL/UK/DE/FR)
• Experience with equity award payroll across jurisdictions (taxation, withholding, reporting)
• Strong knowledge of European labor law and statutory requirements
• US/Canada payroll knowledge preferred
• Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Proficient in international HRIS and payroll systems (Personio, UKG, ADP)
