- Own UK/EU retail and B2B fulfillment ops (orders, inventory, routing, freight).
- Manage UK/EU 3PLs and display providers; monitor SLAs and OTIF.
- Build relationships with UK/EU retail accounts; be the ops contact.
- Coordinate planning, inventory, and inbound stock across international accounts.
- Onboard new international partners (EDI integration and go-live readiness).
- Track KPIs (OTIF, fill rate, chargebacks) and surface trends with recommendations.
🎯 Requirements
- 5+ years in fulfillment, logistics, or operations with UK/EU exposure.
- Operate independently across time zones; own outcomes and priorities.
- Proven experience managing 3PL relationships and accountability.
- Familiar with routing guides, EDI, labeling, and chargebacks; Orderful EDI a bonus.
- ERP experience; NetSuite is a strong plus.
- Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent experience considered.
