  • Own the EMEA events strategy across Laurel-hosted experiences and third-party conferences.
  • Design and execute high-impact, time-respecting experiences reflecting Laurel's brand.
  • Build European event playbooks with automated Cadences and sales outreach coordination.
  • Partner with EMEA AEs to drive attendance and pipeline.
  • Track event performance: pipeline, deals, cost per attendee, ARR.
  • Scale the events program across EMEA beyond the UK.

🎯 Requirements

  • 4–6 years of B2B marketing experience in demand gen, events, or field marketing.
  • Proven track record planning events that drive measurable pipeline.
  • Hands-on with LinkedIn Ads, email marketing, paid media, and automation (HubSpot/Marketo).
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to tie activities to revenue.
  • Experience building/refining event playbooks and cross-functional sales collaboration.
  • Deep familiarity with European business norms and enterprise buying processes.
  • Comfort with ambiguity and a builder mindset.
