π― Requirements
- 4β6 years of B2B marketing experience in demand gen, events, or field marketing.
- Proven track record planning events that drive measurable pipeline.
- Hands-on with LinkedIn Ads, email marketing, paid media, and automation (HubSpot/Marketo).
- Strong analytical skills and ability to tie activities to revenue.
- Experience building/refining event playbooks and cross-functional sales collaboration.
- Deep familiarity with European business norms and enterprise buying processes.
- Comfort with ambiguity and a builder mindset.
