🎯 Requirements
- Experience consulting on corporate, contractual, and regulatory matters for 3+ years.
- Knowledge of international corporate, commercial, and contractual law.
- Experience in international companies or abroad.
- IP or Tax expertise is a huge advantage.
- Fluent English, written and oral, with knowledge of legal English.
