International Infrastructure Operations Specialist (Starlink)

📋 Description

• Find and establish regional/global supplier partnerships for Starlink ground infrastructure.
• Execute long-term supplier agreements with major partners through flexible contracts.
• Procure and deliver regional ground infrastructure on time and under budget.
• Meet targets for spend, speed, and quality per regional/team goals.
• Develop regional expertise to ensure health and reliability of ground infrastructure.
• Drive improvements and scalability of planning processes, tools, and resources.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree, or 2+ years in hardware/product management, engineering, or supply chain.
• Experience managing international supplier base or working internationally.
• Self-starting, able to identify improvements with minimal direction.
• Experience managing technical or construction projects end-to-end.
• Ability to tackle complex and ambiguous problems.
• Development experience in Python or C#, plus data analysis/visualization.
