  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales Leadership, PMM, Product, RevOps, Field productivity, and SMEs.
  • Create experiential learning: role plays, rubrics, coaching that mirrors real conversations.

  • 7+ years in sales, enablement or GTM onboarding; 2+ years intl/multi-market.
  • Design workshops: role plays, scenarios, rubrics, live coaching.
  • Experience cross-functional work with Sales Leadership, PMM, Product, or Operations.
  • Strong presence with confidence, warmth, and clarity.
  • Built and delivered sales productivity onboarding; enterprise GTM a plus.
  • Operationally sharp: manage cadence, logistics, and comms.
