🎯 Requirements
- ABA-accredited law degree or equivalent for in-house practice.
- 5+ years advising corporate clients on international financial products.
- Experience with financial services regulations in UK, Ireland, Canada, or Australia.
- Experience leading negotiations and drafting commercial agreements and consumer terms of service.
- Strong knowledge of international financial laws incl banking, consumer protection.
- Experience expanding financial products into new global markets and deployments.
