International Collections Manager

📋 Description

• Lead design and rollout of collections systems across multiple countries.
• Act as project manager for cross-functional, international initiatives.
• Partner with Treasury to support cash flow forecasting and working capital.
• Collaborate with local finance teams to drive adoption of new systems.
• Define KPIs and reporting to optimize receivables turnover.
• Drive automation and process improvements to scale collections.

🎯 Requirements

• 6-7+ years in collections, AR, or credit in international environments.
• Proven experience implementing or rolling out finance/collections systems (ERP, AR tools).
• Strong project management leading cross-border initiatives.
• Solid understanding of collections, receivables, and cash flow dynamics.
• Experience with multiple countries and balancing global/local standards.
• Comfortable working with external consultants and vendors.
• Hands-on, proactive mindset; enjoys building and automating processes.
• English and Spanish at C1 or higher.
• Nice to have: Experience in high-growth, scale-up, or transformation environments.
• Nice to have: Treasury exposure, working capital optimization, or O2C projects.
• Nice to have: Experience mentoring team members.
