Lead end-to-end monthly close of US GAAP books.
Oversee preparation/submission of regulatory and financial reporting.
Lead statutory audits; prepare financial statements and audit docs for Board.
Monitor and adapt to global accounting and tax regulations to ensure compliance.
Oversee prep of direct and indirect tax returns.
Mentor and develop the controllership team; partner with Tax and Legal.

🎯 Requirements

Active ACA/ACCA/CIMA or equivalent.
10+ years accounting/audit; Big4 & payments/fintech exp preferred.
IFRS, FRS102, US GAAP expertise.
Experience managing statutory audits and tax filings.
Proficiency with Oracle or similar ERP.
Experience leading cross-functional initiatives and adaptability in fast-growth environments.
