• Hybrid Internal Recruiter role in Downtown Atlanta.
• Partner with hiring managers to define roles and job descriptions.
• Source candidates via creative methods to build a diverse pipeline.
• Manage full lifecycle: sourcing, screening, scheduling, offers.
• Maintain inclusive communication with candidates.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to hiring managers on decisions.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in internal or agency recruitment, or HR understanding the process.
• ATS knowledge; Greenhouse strongly preferred.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Strong customer service and friendly demeanor.
• High attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to build and maintain strong candidate relationships.
