📋 Description

• Oversee end-to-end internal mobility across teams and regions.
• Define role requirements with Hiring Managers and Talent Mobility.
• Advise employees on internal mobility options and processes.
• Ensure fair, consistent evaluation of internal candidates.
• Build and scale internal recruiting processes for efficiency.
• Manage high volumes of internal requests and deadlines.

🎯 Requirements

• 1+ year experience in recruitment, talent management, or related roles.
• 3+ years in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience partnering with hiring teams throughout the recruiting process.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience working in global or multi-region environments (EMEA and APAC).
• Proficiency with recruiting/HR tools such as Greenhouse and Workday.
