Internal Controls Manager

📋 Description

• Own and manage ICFR per SOX and COSO.
• Design and optimize business and IT controls.
• Partner with IT, Accounting, Internal Audit, and auditors.
• Lead SOX scoping, risk assessments, and testing.
• Remediate control deficiencies with root-cause analysis.
• Promote continuous improvement and control training.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
• CPA or CIA certification.
• Minimum five (5) years in public accounting and SOX/internal controls.
• Authorized to work in the US.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to interact with all levels of management.
