Internal Communications Senior Manager

📋 Description

• Own and expand internal communications across all business units, building programs to engage and align leaders and teams.
• Identify gaps in the internal comms landscape and design net-new programs from concept through execution for a fast-growing, cross-functional organization.
• Partner with business unit leaders and chiefs of staff to develop and execute communications strategies, including AMAs, leadership updates, and mission-critical announcements.
• Drive strategy and execution of company-wide channels including all-hands, AMAs, internal newsletters, and Slack channels to keep employees informed and connected to Scale's direction.
• Develop a cohesive internal communications framework linking CEO and executive messaging to business performance, milestones, and strategic priorities.
• Advise senior leaders on communications that inspire teams and improve leader visibility and employee engagement.

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years of internal communications experience with a track record at a fast-growing technology company.
• Experience advising and partnering with senior leaders and executives on communications strategy and influencing without authority.
• Strong program management skills and ability to build repeatable, scalable processes across a large cross-functional organization.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to craft compelling narratives for diverse internal audiences.
