Internal Communications Manager

📋 Description

• Develop strategy and execute internal comms for FanDuel employees.
• Partner with senior leaders; own the comms plan and programs.
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders including ELT and leaders.
• Influence multimedia channels for a hybrid workforce; intranet streams.
• Manage intranet design for better employee engagement and wayfinding.
• Grow and support the Internal Communications Associate.
• Own relationships with external partners (email program, agencies).

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, or related field.
• 5+ years in internal/corporate/executive communications with management experience.
• Ability to customize communications for a global audience across channels.
• Experience leading change management at global scale.
• Experience drafting executive emails.
• Experience with short and long-form content; storytelling and proactive comms.
• Intranet expertise: Interact, Simpplr, Haystack, LumApps.
• Email marketing experience with audience segmentation and analysis.
• Experience working with leaders and achieving stakeholder alignment.
• Thrives in fast-paced, matrixed environments; manages multiple projects autonomously.
• Self-starter; strong cross-functional collaboration.
• Strong grammar and meticulous attention to detail.
