🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in communications/marketing/journalism/HR or related field, or equivalent.
- 8+ years in internal communications or employee engagement roles.
- Cross-functional experience with HR, leadership, and business partners.
- Experience developing internal campaigns or storytelling programs.
- Strong written and verbal communications; ability to translate topics into clear messaging.
- Able to manage multiple priorities and collaborate across teams.
