Provide management with independent assessment of process effectiveness and risk controls.
Define smart solutions to identified deficiencies and value creation.
Identify opportunities to improve audit methodology and manage internal projects.

🎯 Requirements

Proactive, energetic, self-starter with a hands-on mentality.
Fast-paced, dynamic environment; aligns with the Adyen formula.
5+ years relevant audit experience in firms or internal audit.
Good knowledge of UAE AML, KYC, CDD and CBUAE supervision.
Data analytics knowledge for internal audit.
Excellent communication and English.
