📋 Description

• Support audit planning and stakeholder meetings
• Lead planning, prep, and completion of audits
• Set high standards for audit work and influential reports
• Communicate audit findings to management
• Partner with business to identify process improvements
• Analyze large data sets to inform conclusions
• Use CAATs to enhance audits
• Lead audits where data analytics is key

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree preferred
• 2-3 years in an audit function
• Strong understanding of internal controls
• Gambling/regulatory environment experience a plus
• Experience planning and delivering audits from Big 4
• Strong data analytics tools and techniques
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Occasional travel may be required
• Licensure: able to pass state racing/gaming licensing
