Internal Audit Manager

📋 Description

• Manage the end-to-end audit engagements, including scoping, fieldwork, testing, and reporting, per IA methodology.
• Build and maintain relationships with key business partners to monitor risk beyond formal audit windows.
• Identify and articulate audit findings; lead management discussions on remediation actions.
• Advise on emerging risks, regulatory changes, and controls design/implementation.
• Drive continuous improvement in audit processes via data analytics, automation, and technology.
• Maintain awareness of regulatory developments in digital assets, payments, and financial services to inform risk assessments.

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years in internal audit, risk mgmt, fintech or crypto.
• Bachelor's degree; CIA/CAMS or equivalent a plus.
• COSO/IIA standards; NYDFS/FCA/MAS/DFSA AML/BSA familiarity.
• Proven ability to lead complex audits and deliver high-quality results.
• Strong stakeholder management with senior leaders.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; clear insights.
• Data analytics, AI, and emerging audit tech familiarity.
• Interest in crypto industry valued.
