🎯 Requirements

- Strong audit principles; COSO and IIA standards essential
- Familiarity with NYDFS, FCA, MAS, DFSA; AML/BSA preferred
- Proven ability to lead complex audit engagements and deliver results
- Strong stakeholder mgmt; experience with senior leaders
- Familiarity with data analytics, AI, and emerging audit tech
- Interest in or experience with crypto industry highly valued
