🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, CS, Information Security, or related field.
- 8+ years in IA/risk/compliance with payments and stablecoins; 3+ years in senior leadership.
- Deep understanding of blockchain concepts and stablecoin mechanics.
- Strong experience in risk-based audit planning, execution, and reporting.
- Excellent written/verbal communication to non-technical senior stakeholders.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional remediation and track closure.
