Internal Audit IT Manager

📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end IT and security audits across cloud infra and crypto systems.
• Apply AI-enabled workflows to audit delivery with human-in-the-loop validation.
• Report findings to senior management and drive risk-based remediation.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Security, Infrastructure, Product, and Operations.
• Align audits with enterprise risk and regulatory expectations across regions.
• Manage multiple audits across time zones with cross-functional partners.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years in IT/security internal audit or tech risk roles.
• Hands-on audits of AWS and GCP, IAM, logging and CI/CD.
• AI-forward mindset using Python and SQL in audits.
• Certifications: CISA, CISSP, CIA, CISM; CPA/CFE a plus.
• Knowledge of NIST CSF, COBIT, SOC 2, ITIL.
• Strong collaboration; translate findings for exec audiences.
