📋 Description

• Conduct field surveys with recipients via call-center tech
• Use Aidkit, Salesforce, and internal software to track incidents
• Report findings regularly to the Internal Audit Associate
• Draft recipient internal audit follow-up surveys
• Analyze survey functionality and tailor per program
• Track monthly survey responses using internal software

🎯 Requirements

• Proficiency in English; other languages a plus
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Active listening and investigative interviewing
• Clear, discreet handling of sensitive information
• 2+ years' experience with vulnerable communities
• Tech literacy: use smartphone/tablet/computer for survey data
