Intern People Operations

📋 Description

• Coordinate onboarding with stakeholders for a smooth local start.
• Support global onboarding and offboarding, with docs, system updates and data accuracy.
• Assist visa and relocation processes for future Celonauts.
• Act as first-level contact for People Operations questions.
• Support interns and working students from onboarding to offboarding.
• Maintain and update employee data in HR systems (e.g., Workday).

🎯 Requirements

• Enrolled student in business, economics, psychology or similar (ideally HR focus).
• Engaged, reliable, detail‑oriented and service‑minded.
• Strong communication; enjoy interacting with employees.
• Ideally knowledge in Human Resources.
• Proficiency in German and English (spoken and written).
• Available for at least 6 months.
