- Act as first-level contact for People Operations questions.

- Maintain and update employee data in HR systems (e.g., Workday).
🎯 Requirements
- Enrolled student in business, economics, psychology or similar (ideally HR focus).
- Engaged, reliable, detail‑oriented and service‑minded.
- Strong communication; enjoy interacting with employees.
- Ideally knowledge in Human Resources.
- Proficiency in German and English (spoken and written).
- Available for at least 6 months.
