• Organize CAM Pool setup processes in the system.
• Maintain and summarize CAM meeting logs for reference.
• Run tenant charge register reports and enter data.
• Perform data cleanup and tracking for accuracy.

🎯 Requirements

• Current enrollment in a 4-year degree; GPA 3.2.
• Interest in accounting and analytics.
• Strong critical thinker and self-starter.
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.
• Excellent communication and writing skills.
• High ethical integrity.
