🎯 Requirements
- 3–5 years in logistics operations with direct drayage and multimodal background
- Strong grasp of port/terminal operations, intermodal rail networks, steamship line processes
- Proven ability to manage demurrage, detention, per diem, and accessorial disputes with documentation
- Experience with CBP, customs brokers, and freight forwarders on import/export shipments
- Comfortable in multi-system env; TMS proficiency; analytics tools (ThoughtSpot, Power BI) a strong plus
- Advanced Excel skills: pivot tables, VLOOKUP, conditional formatting
