- Assist design team across all project phases (Programming to Construction Admin).
- Assist with FFE selections, layouts, and documentation across phases.
- Develop and document interior spaces: floor plans, elevations, finishes.
- Research products and finishes; assist finish plans/specifications.
- Learn and apply building and life-safety codes.
- Prepare computerized renderings and presentation materials.
- Produce drawings and support project time, cost, and quality goals.
- Follow CannonDesign drawing standards.
- Maintain Interior Design library; organize materials.
- Order samples and materials from vendors.
- May visit sites to verify conditions and observe progress.
- Perform other duties as required.
🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor or Master’s degree in Interior Design or Interior Architecture.
- Strong portfolio, communication, teamwork, and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency with Revit and Enscape; Bluebeam, MS Office, and Adobe Creative Suite required.
- Travel as required.
