Interior Designer

📋 Description

• Develop curated design packages with personalization options.
• Collaborate with Sales/Procurement to meet budget and style goals.
• Deliver client design presentations virtually or in person.
• Partner with Tech to load products in the design software.
• Use Bluebeam to redline drawings and communicate design intent.
• Maintain project files and manage the Homebound Material Catalog.

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years of interior design experience.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Interior Design or related field.
• Experience leading client meetings in homebuilder/design firms.
• Experience selecting interior specs/finishes for drawings.
• Client-facing with strong communication and service skills.
• Proficiency: Bluebeam Revu; Photoshop or InDesign; Revit/AutoCAD preferred.
