📋 Description

  • Support day-to-day administration of projects, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery.
  • Coordinate with Directors, Leasing, Maintenance, Vendors, and Contractors.
  • Create design documents, digital presentations, and finish boards.
  • Perform site visits to verify dimensions and conditions.
  • Process purchase orders and invoices; update tasks in Monday.com.
  • Travel for site visits, verifications, and installations as needed.

🎯 Requirements

  • 2-4 years' experience or equivalent education and experience.
  • Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, SketchUp, and MS Office (Word, Excel & Outlook).
  • Advanced AutoCAD.
  • Valid driver's license and working vehicle.
  • Familiarity with large- and small-scale projects, renovation and new construction.
  • Familiarity with the CA process including submittal and RFI review.
