📋 Description

• Lead and direct a high-volume outbound warehouse team.
• Oversee picking, packing, shipping, receiving, and fulfillment.
• Ensure same-day shipping nationally and internationally.
• Plan, schedule, and coordinate departmental activities.
• Maintain safe, orderly work environment per OSHA regs.
• Drive process improvements and vendor relationships.

• Excellent organizational and managerial skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Ability to work extended hours and weekends.
• Experience with Microsoft Word/Excel and Google Office.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• 3-5 years warehouse experience in an automated environment.
