🎯 Requirements

- Solid knowledge of European and French labor law incl. Works Council
- Experience with cadre workforce; Syntec knowledge a plus
- Excellent mentoring and relationship-building skills
- Strong strategic thinking, problem solving and executive communication
- Fluency in French and English mandatory
