  • Manage Display budget to drive new customer growth and retention within KPIs
  • Build and execute a roadmap to scale activity and research new developments
  • Optimize in-house media buys; manage external agency (planning, buying, strategy)
  • Manage and optimize campaigns across platforms (Facebook, Google, Snapchat, Criteo, etc)
  • Own partner integration: tracking setup, negotiations, launch plan, tech/creative needs
  • Work with Product & Technical teams to define requirements and features
  • Work with Analytics to build reporting and analytical capabilities
  • Support Farfetch promo calendar with display marketing, collaborating with Creative team
  • Lead a team of Performance Marketing professionals

🎯 Requirements

  • 6+ years in Display and Paid Social marketing
  • Excellent communicator; highly organized and accurate
  • Strategic thinker with big-picture and detail focus
  • Strong PM, analytical, decision-making and organizational skills
  • Experience with measurement/attribution (AppsFlyer, GA, Looker)
  • Able to collaborate with leads, agencies and creatives to meet deadlines
  • Proactive self-starter; thrives in fast-paced, results-driven env
  • Interest in ecommerce marketing; knowledge of online channels a plus
