- Manage Display budget to drive new customer growth and retention within KPIs
- Build and execute a roadmap to scale activity and research new developments
- Optimize in-house media buys; manage external agency (planning, buying, strategy)
- Manage and optimize campaigns across platforms (Facebook, Google, Snapchat, Criteo, etc)
- Own partner integration: tracking setup, negotiations, launch plan, tech/creative needs
- Work with Product & Technical teams to define requirements and features
- Work with Analytics to build reporting and analytical capabilities
- Support Farfetch promo calendar with display marketing, collaborating with Creative team
- Lead a team of Performance Marketing professionals
π― Requirements
- 6+ years in Display and Paid Social marketing
- Excellent communicator; highly organized and accurate
- Strategic thinker with big-picture and detail focus
- Strong PM, analytical, decision-making and organizational skills
- Experience with measurement/attribution (AppsFlyer, GA, Looker)
- Able to collaborate with leads, agencies and creatives to meet deadlines
- Proactive self-starter; thrives in fast-paced, results-driven env
- Interest in ecommerce marketing; knowledge of online channels a plus
