Lead data-driven improvements to delivery and CX
Collaborate with Commercial, Product, BI and Warehouse teams
Support peak planning for holiday periods

🎯 Requirements

2-3+ years in logistics, delivery ops or similar
Experience in fast-paced ecommerce or ops environment
Fluent German and English (written and spoken)
Strong analytical skills; comfortable with data
Curious about new tech; enjoys testing and learning
Structured, proactive; able to manage multiple stakeholders
