- Strong executive-level communication and storytelling with data, including for board and investor audiences.
- Excellent business partnering skills with a commercial mindset.
- Comfortable working as a standalone FP&A leader — self-sufficient, proactive, and influential without a team behind them.
- High degree of comfort with ambiguity and the pace of an interim engagement.
