🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in design or related field (or equivalent)
- 3+ years of interface/interaction/UI design experience
- Experience designing digital products (web apps, mobile, responsive)
- Proficiency in Figma for design, prototyping, and system management
- Strong color, typography, and layout; WCAG 2.1 accessibility
- Ability to create storyboards, mockups, and click-through prototypes
