🎯 Requirements

  • 8+ years of recruiting experience with people leadership
  • Deep experience hiring for GTM and/or G&A roles
  • Proven ability to partner with senior business leaders as strategic advisor
  • Strong analytical and operational mindset using data to make decisions
  • Experience operating across multiple functions and regions
  • High standards, strong judgment, and ability to operate with urgency in competitive markets
