📋 Description

  • Engage with potential and current customers to assess mutual fit via Intercom Inbox, phone, email, and LinkedIn
  • Multi-task fast-paced conversations while maintaining a positive experience for customers
  • Collaborate with Account Executives to build pipeline and drive deals
  • Maintain up-to-date product knowledge and value for customers

🎯 Requirements

  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Exceptional listening skills and quick action on insights
  • Strong organization and time management
  • Collaborative, coachable, and highly motivated
  • 0-3 years in sales/SaaS; Bachelor's preferred
  • Familiarity with SFDC, Outreach, Chilipiper, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Gong, Google Suite
