Intellectual Property Administrator (Part-time Contract, Flexible Hours)

📋 Description

• Evaluate legal basis of third-party assets in course materials; request permissions when needed.
• Track and record assessment outcomes in asset trackers; inform teams and vendors of restrictions.
• Identify copyright holders and liaise with publishers/authors for permissions/licenses.
• Escalate licensing to IP Operations Manager to negotiate and onboard licenses.
• Remove unlicensed or prohibited content from course materials with teams/vendors.
• Maintain IP asset tracking resources; address queries and escalate as needed.

🎯 Requirements

• Currently enrolled or completed LLB; IP focus preferred.
• Conscientious with strong attention to detail.
• Strong interpretive skills.
• Great communicator and collaborator.
• Ability to work independently under deadlines.
• Fast and continuous learner.
