Integrations Partner Manager

📋 Description

• Define and run the integration partner program; source and manage partners.
• Collaborate with product teams to enable integrations and APIs.
• Identify technical partners to build on Vanta APIs; manage program.
• Set goals for partner tiers, ROI, and customer impact.
• Oversee contracting, access, and procurement with partners.
• Contribute to enablement and marketing for co-building with partners.

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years owning strategic technical partner portfolios.
• Proven ROI-driven integration partnerships and defined tiers.
• Organized, outcome-focused partner management.
• Experience coordinating with Product, Field, and Legal teams.
• Willing to apply AI responsibly to improve efficiency.
• Preferred: strong network in SaaS/integrations; API/schema familiarity.
