Define, advise on, and manage Workday HCM integration requirements for Ashby ATS.
Lead customer-facing integration engagements in the EMEA region.
Collaborate with Product/Engineering, Implementation, CSMs, and Sales Engineers.
Serve as technical SME for implementing customers on integrations.
Advise on best practices, configurations, and success metrics.
Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver outcomes.

🎯 Requirements

Workday HCM integration experience; Core HCM exposure
Workday HCM certification preferred
Experience with UKG, ADP, Oracle, SAP SuccessFactors
Technical proficiency with complex products
Strong cross-functional collaboration
Change management experience
Data-driven decision making
