- 1+ years hands-on experience with mechanical, electrical, or fluid systems
- 3+ years designing, building, integrating, and testing multi-disciplinary systems
- Advanced degree in mechatronics, mechanical, aerospace, electrical, or computer engineering
- Experience writing test plans and test procedures
- Flight hardware avionics experience
