🎯 Requirements
- Experience working with engineers in development and production environments
- Able to work independently and solve problems with minimal supervision
- Provide constructive feedback to improve tooling designs, processes, and parts
- Able to stay organized with strong attention to detail
- Read and interpret wiring schematics and assembly drawings
- Excellent communication skills
- Excited to work in a fast-paced environment with new challenges weekly
