π― Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalency
- 6+ years hardware assembly, test, and/or installation
- FAA A&P license (preferred)
- Aerospace/high-reliability environments experience (preferred)
- Proficiency in reading technical drawings/manuals
- Certifications: NASA-STD-8739.3/8739.4 and IPC standards (preferred)
